With your permission, PennyLane reads comments on your Instagram posts and replies to some of them as you, in a voice learned from your own past replies. It shows you every reply and the reason for it, and it can be paused at any time from every screen.
Replies are posted from your account and are yours. You are responsible for what is posted under your name, and you can delete any reply on Instagram at any time. PennyLane refuses to answer some categories of comment, such as grief, and routes them to you instead; that list is not a guarantee.
Each plan includes a number of replies a month. When it is used up, PennyLane stops replying until the next month or an upgrade. Comments that are filtered or escalated to you do not count.
What PennyLane learns from your replies is used only for your account and is never sold or shared. Disconnecting Instagram deletes it. The privacy page says exactly what is stored.
You can disconnect at any time from the Account screen or from Instagram’s Apps and websites settings. PennyLane may suspend an account that uses the service to post spam, abuse or anything that breaks Instagram’s rules.
