Comments on the connected Instagram account’s own posts, and the replies that account has written to them. Nothing from other accounts, no direct messages, no follower lists, no ads data.
Replies to comments, posted as the connected account, in a voice learned from that account’s own past replies. Every reply is shown on the dashboard with the reason it was written. Replying can be paused at any time.
Comments and replies for the connected account, the learned voice profile, and an encrypted access token. Voice profiles are never shared between accounts and are never used to train anything for anyone else.
Disconnect Instagram from the Account screen, or remove PennyLane under Instagram’s Apps and websites settings, and everything above is deleted. You can also email the address on the Account screen and ask.
